as the days blur by…
i hope everyone had a lovely christmas!
me, i’m smack dab in the middle of mine. i stepped out of town to see half my family yesterday, and the journey continues tonight as i see the remaining half of my family. so needless to say i’m juggling my time here a bit. though rest assured i am working on kukuburi and will be back in the groove next week… i had hoped it would have been today, but family and workload prevented that notion.
but on the flipside, since i worked basically through the holidays i now have the next two weeks free which i can dedicate to the things i love, namely kuku and the squash!
have an amazing new years eve, and i wish everyone a prosperous 2010 full of love and merriment.
cheers,
ramon.

Ach! So cute.
A very happy new year to you as well, Ramon! :)
That is so cute. (So cute it may have had me making incoherent noises at the computer screen.)
Diosssssss…. Es bueno… ¿Lo tienes en camisetas?
PD: Por cierto Feliz Año Nuevo y que los reyes te sean generosos ;)
it is the perfect thing to put a christmas hat on.
It’s funny how many links you can take from sites to find something as truly amazing as your work Ramon. A friend refered me to Ctrl+Alt+Del (Cad-comic.com) Where i started my fairly recent love of webcomics. Tim had a link on his site to Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire (dominic-deegan.com), where recently Mookie gushed about his love for Karl’s Work, so i had to take a gander. I read all the way through TACC, and read most of the comments, and heard numerous mentions of Kukuburi, so again, intrigued, i had to take a look. I absolutely love this ramon! If there is a line forming, (which, judging from past comments there is) of people to but the hardcover of chapter one, then i’m in. Keep up the good work, even if it takes you all year to finish!

haha – that’s quite the journey – and i’m glad it brought you here!
your art is awe inspiring and creative…
there are no boundaries to your world of fantasy creatures that would jump out at anyone.
Your art has inspired me so much that i decided to paint Rendo on my wall.
I hope you don’t mind, i just really love it, he has so much personality in his appearance.
Your fan from across the world.
thanks for the extremely kind words BenNy :)
(i am quite curious about this rendo on your wall – you’ll have to share a picture when you can)
Now I’m really going to try and make it look good. How would i send a picture?
i tried to contact you on the link, above, but it never gets through. Is there any way i could get it to you some other way?
hrm, you’re the second person to mention the email problem, though everytime i try the button it works…
damn.
regardless you can email me at me@ramonperez.com :)
I’ll see what i can do
Awwww meep!
Once and a while I say that and no one understands it. It’s sort of a silly unconcious thing. So this made me smile (:
By the way, on the front page, did you replace the cotton candy with an ice cream cone for the new year, or am I totally imagining things??
heh, that’s adorable :P
as for the ice cream, always been there! your imagination is playing tricks on you… but that can be a good thing :)
a tad strange though!
Must be because of the text “cotton candy”… Haha I feel rather silly, though. But yes I approve of imagination! As well as, of course, this comic ;)
*looks around* No update yet. *sighs and waits patiently*
GAH! i’m sorry…
just finished the flats on this weeks pages. pages will go up tomorrow!
Yay! *Goes to bed with visions of Kukuburi dancing in his head.*
Good humor…
and now i dream the same.
Who unchained Ramon from his drawing desk?? How does he keep getting away?? ;)
No apologies necessary, Ramon. :)
